CEO and Founding Partner of Amorsolo Consulting, Ioni has over 30+ collective years of experience in the HR practice and 14 years in leadership. She has worked with a broad spectrum of businesses ranging from cloud computing, biotechnology, financial technology and captive offshoring.

She graduated AB Behavioral Science, cum laude and Master in Business Administration, magna cum laude from the University of Santo Tomas.Her certifications include being a Certified HR Organizational Development Practitioner, Certified Human Resources Professional (CHPR), trained facilitator of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology, and DISC practitioner.

Beyond her impressive career achievements, Ioni embraces a concept called a “portfolio life” where she actively pursues various passions and interests outside her professional life. This includes a deep love for the arts, which allows her to express her creativity and find personal fulfillment. Additionally, she champions a cause close to her heart – corneal donation advocacy.
